Karim has been in the food & beverage industry for over 30 years and is a Red Seal Chef and certified sommelier. He's owned fine dining restaurants, coffee shops, pubs and catering companies, and will work with you to ensure your wedding meal is a highlight of your celebration..

Whether it’s an elegant plated dinner, a rustic family-style feast, or a globally-inspired buffet, Chef Tony will lead the kitchen team to produce a meal that reflects your tastes and vision. A Red Seal Chef with more than 30 years of experience, Chef Tony is committed to making your day a success.

Services Manager
Carolyn has been with the Caledon Ski Club food & beverage department for over 17 years. As a Front of House Manager, Carolyn has overseen hundreds of events at both lodges, leading staff teams of all sizes in delivering exceptional experiences and is here to assist with all of your needs.
